EarningsAI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. All analytics, signals, alerts, and outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation.
2.Risk Disclosure & Assumption of Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You assume full responsibility for all decisions made based on information provided by EarningsAI.
3.User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
4.Intellectual Property
All software, models, algorithms, analytics, signals, data transformations, and platform design are the exclusive intellectual property of EarningsAI and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or redistributed.
5.Subscription, Billing & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
6.Third-Party Data
EarningsAI relies on third-party data providers and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.
7.Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California. You waive the right to participate in any class action.
8.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarningsAI from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarningsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
